Mentoring is not coaching or giving advice.
I provide mentoring to those that need someone to “think” with.
The demands of working life have become exceptional, no matter how satisfying or rewarding the work is. Pace and technology alone can place strain and pressure on personal and family life. Modern working life can, at whatever level you operate, feel isolating and conflicted.
I work with people who want to talk through and think about specific issues, dilemmas or decisions they have to make in their professional or business and personal lives.
Mentoring enables these issues to be considered creatively with someone who may have similar, complimentary or disparate professional experiences. I think of it as being with someone who is “thinking aloud” with me. From the perspective of my own professional experiences I challenge, ask questions and bring different perspectives, ideas and suggestions to the thoughts expressed.
My professional background, aligned with coaching and therapeutic trainings gives rise to a combination of experiences that I hope will offer a rewarding thinking partnership.
I welcome all mentoring enquiries. Mentoring assignments are considered according to individual requirements after initial introductory meetings.
